How we write

  1. Sources: the official CEIR and Sanchar Saathi portals, their user manuals and Department of Telecommunications notices.
  2. Drafting: AI writing tools help with first drafts. A person reads every page, checks it against the official sources and edits it before it is published.
  3. Things that change: portal menus, form fields and rules can change, so we explain the process and point to the official page for the current version.
  4. Corrections: when a reader reports an error, we check it and fix the page quickly.
